Supervision in Nottingham
I have always enjoyed working with others in a developmental way so believe I can bring a lot of previous experience to my supervision work. I have worked in the NHS as a manager and careers adviser so have a wealth of experience in supporting others through personal and professional development. I have worked as a Supervisor in a local voluntary sector organisation. I hold a Certificate in Person-Centred Supervision and began supervision in 2013.
I work now in private practice providing individual & couples counselling on a wide range of difficulties. I also deliver specialist training in working with survivors of abuse and in working ethically & safely with trauma.
I currently supervise individuals working in private practice & in organisations. I provide supervision groups as well as individual support.
I can provide specialist supervision around working with survivors of abuse, working with pre-trial therapy, working with trauma.
If you are interested please do get in touch. I'm happy to arrange an initial meeting to discuss your needs and to see if we think we could work together.

I have a real passion for working with people and helping them to develop both personally and professionally. I have many years experience working with individuals and within group settings. I have worked as a trainer, careers adviser, weight management consultant and legal advisor. All of these experiences have brought me into contact with a wide and diverse range of people and have contributed to my learning and growing, both as a person and therapist.
I have delivered training, workshops and personal development to individuals and groups across a number of different organisations and in a variety of contexts. I currently train volunteers and other professionals around trauma and sexual abuse as well as in self-care and vicarious trauma. I strongly believe that anyone who supports others needs support themselves and needs to consider their own needs for support and have a self-care plan.
I can offer CPD to organisations on a variety of topics.
