Lynsey Lowe. I am a counsellor working in Beeston and Nottingham. Welcome to my website. If you're looking at this then I guess you may be considering counselling, have some questions and would like to know a bit about me? I hope in these pages I can give you the answer to any questions you may have.
I am a
person-centred counsellor working in
Beeston and Nottingham. I offer both short and long term work, which can be just 4 or 5 sessions or can involve working with someone for a year or more. The choice is yours – but I can help you to decide what is appropriate in your personal circumstances.
We all have times of difficulty when having someone to talk things through with can help. This could be life events, such as relationship breakdown, redundancy, or bereavement, or you may be feeling depressed, and unable to cope, overwhelmed by what life has thrown at you.

You may be uncertain about what counselling is and what it involves. Often the impression given by TV and the media is very unrealistic! 21st century living can put enormous pressure upon any of us – but I believe counselling can help to combat depression, stress, anxiety and feelings of helplessness. My practice is within easy reach of
Wollaton, Beeston, Bramcote, Chilwell, Nottingham, Long Eaton and Derby. I work in lovely, comfortable rooms in Beeston town centre. There is parking close by and there is easy access by public transport as well as being within walking distance of the town centre.
